Do you like spicy with your rice? Here's an idea: Reheat some of that leftover rice in the microwave and add a few more ingredients. You'll need 1) garlic powder or any variation, 2) Philadelphia Cream Cheese (any will do, but my mother prefers the good stuff), 3) Microwave container, 4) Tobasco Sauce (or any other such sauce. I love them all. Not good for high blood pressure, but magnificent going down your stomach). After putting the rice in the microwave long enough to get that "I've been in the refrigerator long enough to taste stale, but
I'm not really stale" feeling out of it; That's the one when it is a little too crunchy and brittle in your mouth and taste like glue. Then, mix in the other ingredients with whatever moderation you choose. It will make a tasty meal.
