Frozen Meatballs

You get them out of the freezer and you could break someone's head with them if you threw them. I have a small toaster oven that I cook these WMD's in. It measures approximately 4" x 10" inside and has 3 settings: Bake, Toast, & Broil. The counter goes to 15 minutes.

You want to thaw them out first because overheating can make them hard on the outside so that you cannot eat them and have to go to the Dentist as well. Your settings should be Toast or whatever is above the first setting and 15 minutes. This should thaw them out sufficiently to begin cooking the meat within. After the first "ping", you should lower the setting to Bake or lowest setting and 15 minutes. You should watch them after 5 minutes to prevent overcooking. This is not an exact science. You know your oven (microwave, toaster, conventional, or grill) better than anyone else. If you have any suggestions, please write and say how it turned out.
