Eggplant Parmesan

Michael Angelo's has a three pack eggplant parmesan out there. You put it in the microwave and it is ready to eat. It is thick with vegetables like lasagna is with meat and healthier. Good with a side order of greens, it makes a good meal if you are looking for something filling, but light on the stomach. That is, of course, if you do not eat the whole tray. Try for variety. GV Blueberry Waffles

It is listed as "product of Canada" and distributed by Wal-mart, Inc. They taste great. Put them in a toaster oven or toaster. Use your personal settings. If you like them crisp, then crisp it is. Haviland Chocolate Covered Orange Creme Mints

Okay, so they're not a nutritious snack, but my mother got them for Christmas and we both ate them up. They taste good. Both the chocolate and the orange taste inside melt in your mouth.
